Comment Period Department of Commerce, Energy Facility Permitting (EFP) staff, on behalf of the Commission, is providing notice of the permittees' request for a minor alteration and associated comment period. Comments are sought on the minor alteration application, and conditions that may be appropriate should the minor alteration(s) be authorized.
